Short version: this website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it doesn’t store anything you type. If you contact me, I only use what you send to reply and to work on your project.

Who I am

This website belongs to Jacob Allen, an independent web designer. You can reach me at jacoballen.me@yahoo.com or (870) 208-7574.

When you contact me

The form on the contact page doesn’t send your details to this website. It opens your own email app with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send.

When you email, call or text me, I receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, budget and project details. I use this only to answer you, prepare a quote and work on your project. I don’t sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.

What the website itself uses

• Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Smooth scrolling. A small script that powers smooth scrolling loads from unpkg.com, which receives the same basic request information.
• Browser storage. The site saves one note in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation only plays once per visit. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.

There are no cookies, advertising trackers or analytics on this site.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have from you, or ask me to delete it, at any time by emailing jacoballen.me@yahoo.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
