About the information here

This website describes my web design services. Prices shown are starting prices that assume the listed scope. Your final build price and minimum first-year total are confirmed before work begins.

Projects

Nothing on this website is a contract. Each project is covered by its own quote and agreement, which takes priority over anything written here.

Website Care

Every package includes Website Care, a paid, required commitment for the first 12 months. After that, continuing is optional on a month-to-month basis, or you can cancel and move to your own hosting. Hosting is included while your care plan is active. Monthly content-update time doesn’t roll over.

Revisions and additional work

Each revision round is one consolidated list of requested changes within the agreed project scope, submitted during the build. Additional revision rounds, new pages, new features and changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before work begins. Bug fixes correct errors in the delivered website’s agreed functionality and don’t count toward revision rounds.

Ownership and separate costs

You own your domain and receive the agreed website files and assets once fully paid, subject to third-party licenses. Domain registration, paid platform subscriptions, premium services and payment-processing fees are separate and will be identified in your quote.

Content and examples

The design, text and graphics of this website belong to Jacob Allen. Please don’t copy them without permission. Client websites are shown as examples of my work, and their names, logos and content belong to their owners.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other websites, such as client sites. I don’t control those websites and I’m not responsible for their content.

No guarantees

I work to keep this website accurate and available, but it’s provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be error-free or online.
